# One calendar, one invoice, manifests per location

1. **One calendar.** Every location's pump-outs on one group calendar, on the windows each kitchen chose. Every interval at or under 90 days (§ 15-10-197), or a shorter frequency the buyer sets.
2. **One invoice.** One invoice for the group, a line per location per pump-out, each line carrying its manifest number.
3. **Manifests per location.** The original stays on site for three years (§ 15-10-165); a copy is filed against its location and date for the same three years.

## When the inspector asks

The location's record lists the trap, the City's ceiling, and every pump-out with its date, interval since the last and manifest number. The binder on site holds the originals in the same order.

The page shows a specimen location record and a specimen group invoice, both marked Specimen, with placeholder numbers. The invoice amounts are the firm price agreed in reply to a request; the page states no price.
