Quarterline

What you ask for

One calendar. One invoice. Every manifest where the inspector will look.

A restaurant group with three haulers has three calendars, three invoice formats and paper in three back offices. A Quarterline request asks for the reverse, and the reply sets out how it would work for your locations before anything starts.

  1. 01One calendar

Every location's pump-outs on one group calendar, each on the windows its kitchen chose: before open, mid-afternoon, after close or overnight. Every interval at or under 90 days § 15-10-197, or your shorter frequency.

  2. 02One invoice

One invoice for the group, a line per location per pump-out, each line carrying its manifest number so accounts and records agree.

  3. 03Manifests per location

The original stays on site, as § 15-10-165 requires. A copy of each is filed against its location and date for the same three years, so a lost sheet is never a lost record.

When the inspector asks

A location manager opens that location's record: the trap, the City's ceiling, and every pump-out with its date, the interval since the last one and the manifest number. The binder in the back office holds the originals in the same order.

The record on the right is a specimen, drawn for this page. Its numbers are placeholders.

The invoice

Start with the board

Put your locations on it, then send it. The manifests count on the board is yours: pump-outs a year times three years.
